Chapter 11: Protein Structure
In Chapter 11 we describe protein structure analysis. We begin with principles of protein structure including primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary structure analysis. We focus on the Protein Data Bank, the central repository for protein structures, as well as NCBI resources to analyzing protein structure.
