[1] Visit the European SSRNA database (http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/webtools/rRNA/) and identify the accession numbers for a group of fungal 18S rRNA genes. Several are presented on this webpage. A fragment from K. lactis is highlighted in pink. An A. gossypi sequence (in pink font color) is a particular outlier and may be excluded from further analyses.
