[2] Click Genome Browser

[3] Set the clade to vertebrate, the genome to human, and select the March 2006 build (or choose another build; the information content will vary).

[4] Enter chr11:5,200,001-5,250,000 to specify the genomic position. Turn various tracks on and off.
