High density microarrays, consisting of cDNAs or oligonucleotides immobilized to a solid support, allow researchers to rapidly monitor the expression level of tens of thousands of genes in biological samples. Other microarrays are used to assay single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) or for array comparative genome hybridization (aCGH). This page provides access to raw data and supplemental figures.
